The mission of the New Jersey Community Resources Association is to empower individuals and families to achieve independence and an elevated quality of life.

We provide an integrated spectrum of comprehensive, community-based supports, including career readiness, financial literacy, and licensed residential services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Through person-centered planning, we assure the opportunity for those we serve to receive quality support, participate meaningfully in their local neighborhoods, safely exercise their right to make personal choices, and thrive as active members of their communities.
